Cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, rescheduling rights and any no-show charges depend on the specific package, certificate or reservation purchased. There is no single universal cancellation window for every offer.
Before purchase
Ask our team for the written cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your offer before paying. Do not rely on verbal descriptions alone.
Request a cancellation or date change
Contact our reservations department at (407) 501-5615 or confirmations@yourvacationconfirmation.com. Include your name, purchase or confirmation reference, travel dates and requested action. We will review the applicable written terms and respond with available options.
Third-party bookings and certificates
Hotels, tour providers and certificate issuers may impose their own restrictions, redemption deadlines or charges. We will identify the responsible provider where applicable.
30-day refund period for qualifying promotional certificates
For qualifying promotional vacation certificates sold under the same terms as the OMG Vacations program, purchasers may request cancellation without penalty within 30 days after purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever is later. Requests must be made in writing. This does not override different terms expressly disclosed for a separate product or an already confirmed third-party reservation.
After the cancellation window
For those qualifying certificates, the package becomes nonrefundable after the applicable 30-day period. Travel-date changes may remain possible subject to availability and written supplier conditions. A change within 21 days of arrival may forfeit reservation fees; changes within seven days may incur up to one night at retail rates where the offer expressly provides for it.
How to send written notice
Email confirmations@yourvacationconfirmation.com with the purchaser name, purchase date, certificate number and a clear request for cancellation or refund. You may also call (407) 501-5615 for assistance. Keep the email confirmation of your request.
Written confirmation
A cancellation or reschedule request is not approved until the responsible party confirms it in writing. Keep copies of all communications.
