About the service
Your Vacation Confirmation is a vacation marketing and reservation-assistance brand operated by AV Marketing Group Inc. We are not the hotel or resort operator.
Offers and eligibility
Promotional prices, destinations, accommodations, travel windows, occupancy limits and eligibility requirements vary by offer and must be disclosed before purchase. Offers are subject to availability and may change.
Vacation ownership presentation
Some promotional packages require attendance at a vacation ownership or timeshare sales presentation, potentially with age, income, marital or identification requirements. The exact conditions and presentation duration must be provided for the specific offer. There is no obligation to purchase a timeshare.
Reservations and payments
Purchasing a package or submitting a date request does not itself confirm a hotel reservation. Travel dates and property assignment are confirmed only through a written reservation confirmation. Do not make nonrefundable travel arrangements until your reservation is confirmed.
Taxes, fees and third parties
Resort fees, taxes, transportation, upgrades, and third-party certificate redemption charges may apply depending on the offer. Any applicable mandatory charges should be disclosed before purchase. Hotel amenities and images are illustrative of the listed properties and are subject to change.
Important notice
Purchase of a promotional vacation certificate is subject to the written offer, applicable resort policies and these terms. This promotion is not a lottery, contest or sweepstakes. Payment authorizes only the disclosed charge; a confirmed hotel reservation requires separate written confirmation.
What is included
Unless expressly stated on your certificate, the package covers accommodations only. Airfare, ground transportation, taxes, resort fees, meals, beverages, gratuities and government charges are excluded. Additional charges and upgrades must be disclosed before payment.
Travel planning and validity
For the promotional packages modeled on OMG Vacations, certificates typically expire 12 months after purchase and reservation requests are generally required at least 60 days before arrival. Holiday or peak-season surcharges may apply. The specific certificate controls where different. Do not purchase nonrefundable airfare until the reservation is confirmed.
Promotional eligibility
Certain promotions may require travelers aged 25–75, a minimum combined household income of $50,000, valid government photo ID, a major credit card at check-in and attendance by both spouses or partners. Some packages require a 90–120 minute vacation ownership presentation. Requirements vary by promotion and must be confirmed in writing before purchase. No timeshare purchase is required.
Reservation changes and no-shows
Date changes, cancellation penalties and no-show fees may apply under the particular certificate and supplier rules. Some OMG-model promotions list no-show charges of $75 for economy stays, $90 for premium stays, or $120 per night for one- to three-bedroom units; these amounts are examples from the source program, not universal YVC charges. The written offer must identify any applicable fee.
